This easy-to-assemble Accurail 40′ 6-Panel Single-Sheathed Wood Boxcar w/Wood Doors & Steel Ends kit is based on steam-era boxcars that operated into the transition and classic diesel eras. This model kit features a one-piece detailed injection-molded plastic body with most details molded in place for durability during operation. Other features include realistic decoration with end reporting marks (on decorated models), underbody details, trucks with Delrin wheelsets, nonmagnetic axles and AccuMate(R) magnetic knuckle couplers. This wood boxcar kit is great for modelers of all skill levels and includes complete instructions.
